Passion. It drives us and it unites rygr’s brand partners and the consumers who love them. Today we seek an Account Coordinator to join our growing team partnering with best-in-class, passion-led active lifestyle brands.
As the Account Coordinator, you will work closely with your colleagues to learn the fundamentals of our marketing channels and begin applying our unique approach to paid media and affiliate with rygr clients. This position is responsible for supporting our Affiliate Managers in their day-to-day tasks, providing support through all stages of our campaign, from strategy to execution and reporting.

The ideal candidate is a critical thinker who is proactive and decisive with an analytical mindset.
Responsibilities

  • Support affiliate account managers during campaign strategy and execution and reporting

  • Support market and target audience research to assist in building recruitment, optimization and campaign strategy

  • Coordinate with internal teams to identify other potential brand opportunities

  • Support the preparation of weekly and monthly reporting for client programs

  • Help track key metrics for client programs to ensure we are on track to achieve their stated goals

  • Execute timely and successful delivery of client requests

  • Audit affiliate sites for accuracy of brand and product coverage

  • Answer inbound inquiries and manage partner communications alongside account manager

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field

  • Minimum of 3-6 months of marketing experience, including relevant internships

  • Have a basic understanding of the principles of marketing and advertising, along with knowledge of media concepts and terms, including:

    • Affiliate marketing and how it contributes to a brand’s direct-to-consumer business

    • Affiliate networks, such as Avantlink, Impact, Rakuten, Commission Junction and Awin

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint

  • Possess strong quantitative and analytical skills and a solid understanding of mathematical concepts

  • Ability to work successfully in a team environment that promotes collaboration in addition to confidently working independently and leveraging resources at hand

  • Ability to communicate effectively

  • Establish and maintain effective relationships interdepartmentally, as well as with those outside the team

  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work under pressure; be agile and succeed in, as well as enjoy, a fast-paced environment

  • Detail-oriented critical thinker with competent time management and problem-solving abilities

  • An entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done

  • Growth mindset with interest in lifelong learning

Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 annual
