Analyzes user feedback, market trends, and performance metrics to recommend continuous improvements and contribute to student-centered product and experience enhancements.

Own the company’s legal and regulatory strategy across controlled-substance prescribing, telehealth practice, corporate structure, privacy, marketing, AI, litigation, workforce matters, payer contracts, and governance. Advise executives and the board, manage government inquiries and outside counsel, negotiate healthcare and commercial agreements, and build the legal function. The role requires deep healthcare and digital-health experience, including MSO and professional-corporation structures, HIPAA, healthcare fraud and abuse, consumer protection, employment law, and multi-state regulatory matters.
