The Business Development Manager will drive demand for Liftpod products, develop relationships, organize demos, and implement sales strategies in North America.

Manage supplier onboarding, compliance, and category support for sourcing and procurement. Maintain supplier data in Process Unity, Salesforce, and ERP systems, drive supplier performance reviews, assist negotiations, prepare contracts via DocuSign, support PO/SSA tasks, cleanse datasets, and collaborate cross-functionally to standardize and optimize processes.

Lead sourcing for assigned internal client groups, run RFXs in Scanmarket, research and negotiate supplier contracts, measure sourcing value, and manage multiple projects to deliver cost savings.

Senior leader owning broker and consultant distribution for Pivot Health: build and scale sales and account management teams, drive new business with agents/FMOs, establish SLAs and performance metrics, improve broker retention and experience, align distribution strategy with product and operations, and report pipeline and forecasts to executive leadership.

Sell Lincare long-term care services to nursing homes, GPOs, and corporate accounts. Build and maintain customer relationships, manage contracts, identify new business, conduct trainings and facility assessments, track sales activity, resolve customer complaints, support forecasts and pricing, and participate in trade shows. Extensive travel for customer meetings required.
