Position Summary
SPIN Global is a Maryland-based public benefit corporation that exists to disrupt disasters from neighborhoods to nations. We are seeking a qualified, motivated, and reliable Executive Assistant to support our mission and company values.
Location
Remote. Ability to travel. Relocation to Washington, D.C. (optional).
Duties & Responsibilities
- Handle general administrative and logistical tasks as needed.
- Conserve the executive’s time by researching, collecting, analyzing, and sharing information.
- Prepare Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, agendas, reports, and other documents.
- Write and/or edit business documents.
- Manage the schedule and communications of key executives.
- Manage time-sensitive matters with confidentiality and discretion.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Experience supporting C-Level executives.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Flexible hours as dictated by the needs of business for projects and meetings.
- Strong ability to function well in a high-paced environment.
Salary & Benefits
Employee salary is negotiated at the time of hire based on part-time or full-time status.
