Join a product team to build and maintain large-scale frontend platforms. Lead frontend architecture, implement features using TypeScript, Lit, and Redux, write Jasmine tests, ensure WCAG accessibility, own technical delivery, mentor mid-level engineers, and collaborate with clients, designers, and cross-functional teams to drive stability and scalability.

Manage operational aspects of multi-state fiber networks including NOC coordination, outage response, scheduled maintenance, MOP/RFO/RCA preparation, customer escalations, on-call coverage, process improvement, and periodic network risk assessments.

Owner of industry go-to-market plans who converts industry strategy into messaging, campaigns, content, enablement, and measurable pipeline outcomes. Partners cross-functionally (product, sales, regional, partner, ABX, analytics) to align launches, field readiness, and campaign execution while monitoring performance and iterating industry playbooks.

Manage an assigned book of business to drive post-sale success and retention. Support account management with reporting, escalation research, implementation support, and stakeholder engagement. Build trusting client relationships, identify risks to satisfaction, coordinate internal teams to resolve issues, and carry smaller accounts to develop account management skills.
