Design, develop, and validate fluid and mechanical propulsion components (gimbals, actuators, valves, fluid systems). Own designs from concept to production, derive requirements, write assembly/work instructions, assemble and test prototypes, and collaborate with interfacing teams to integrate and validate components across engine programs.

Lead clean-sheet design, development, and validation of fluid and mechanical propulsion components (gimbals, actuators, valves, fluid systems). Derive requirements, produce CAD designs, write assembly/work instructions, assemble and test prototypes, support system integration, and mentor team members through design-to-production and flight qualification.

Lead end-to-end aerospace/defense programs: own schedule, budget, risks, customer relationships, and deliverables. Coordinate cross-functional teams, prepare program review materials, manage contract scope, support capture/business development, and ensure on-time delivery while complying with ITAR/EAR and security clearance requirements.

Lead development and deployment of manufacturing processes and capital equipment for solid rocket motor production. Serve as process owner and SME, design and source machines, support hands-on production builds, create SOPs/work instructions, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with design engineering to ensure manufacturability and quality.

Design, develop, and maintain automated test software and operator interfaces for ATE/HIL systems. Control lab instrumentation, implement test sequencing, acquire and analyze measurement data, integrate with avionics/FPGA/embedded systems, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and produce test documentation and reports to support development, qualification, and production.

Lead a multidisciplinary avionics engineering team delivering FPGA designs, verification, embedded firmware, and automated test solutions from concept through qualification and production, driving technical execution, staffing, risk mitigation, and cross-functional coordination.

Design, develop, integrate, and maintain automated and special test equipment and ground support for avionics. Create custom interface electronics, schematics, harnesses, and test fixtures. Integrate lab instrumentation, support HIL/qualification/production testing, troubleshoot hardware/software integration, and collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, and quality to ensure reliable test systems.

Lead and execute internal technical projects from planning through closure. Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, cross-functional teams, and project health; present status to leadership and support resource and technical estimation.

Design, develop, integrate, and qualify high-reliability mixed-signal avionics hardware (processor/FPGA-based circuit cards, power electronics, and comms). Lead requirements, architecture, PCB design reviews, verification/qualification and production transition. Perform reliability analyses, FMECA, EMI/EMC mitigation, testing, failure investigation, and cross-discipline collaboration with software, systems, mechanical, manufacturing, and test teams.

Design, analyze, and integrate propulsion and fluid-mechanical components from concept through test and production. Support rapid iteration, testing (ground and flight), failure investigations, DFM, and cross-functional coordination with manufacturing, analysis, customers, and partners.
