Define and execute Trimble Connect’s product strategy for the construction industry. Responsibilities include market and customer research, product vision and prioritization, commercial tiering and monetization, business modeling, customer engagement, competitive analysis, engineering collaboration, product evangelism, mentoring junior product managers, and establishing AI-forward development practices.

Configure, optimize, and support AWS and Azure cloud infrastructure, especially AWS GovCloud environments supporting FedRAMP-compliant services. Provides technical customer support for Trimble VDC and fabrication solutions used by MEP contractors, detailers, and fabricators. Troubleshoots software, system setup, networking, and interoperability issues; supports BIM adoption; documents solutions; manages product feedback and Jira feature requests; collaborates with development and training teams; and represents the organization at customer meetings and industry events.

Copyedit and approve enterprise knowledge base content for grammar, style, templates, and brand consistency. Create and maintain the enterprise style guide and authoring playbook, coach writers through workshops and peer reviews, manage quality scorecards, and partner with Knowledge Management leaders to improve content governance, tools, methodologies, and customer-facing documentation.

Owns and improves Trimble’s partner relationship management and customer experience systems. Responsibilities include gathering global stakeholder requirements, developing user stories and workflows, partnering with developers and architects on technical designs, supporting onboarding and worldwide platform rollouts, and analyzing usage metrics to optimize partner engagement. The role requires Salesforce expertise, advanced Google Sheets skills, analytical ability, and strong cross-functional communication.

Develop and deliver training, onboarding, and continuous-learning resources for Customer Experience teams. Drive adoption and optimization of Salesforce Service Cloud, Docebo, Seismic, and other enablement platforms. Create video content, administer learning and content systems, coordinate events, improve workflows with AI, and partner with enablement leaders and product experts to increase productivity and tool adoption across the enterprise SaaS environment.

Lead technical integration projects and customer experience initiatives across engineering and operational teams. Facilitate agile ceremonies, PI planning, dependency mapping, and project-board management using Jira and Asana. Translate technical requirements for nontechnical stakeholders, improve request intake and operational handoffs, and choose appropriate agile or lean execution methods. The role requires structuring ambiguous requests into actionable plans and coordinating cross-functional delivery.

Drive enterprise SaaS sales for Trimble’s AECO construction technology solutions. Responsibilities include managing new-logo sales cycles, discovering customer needs, closing high-value subscription deals, building executive relationships, coordinating product demonstrations, developing territory plans, exceeding sales quotas, and identifying ERP cross-sell opportunities. The role requires substantial Tekla Software sales experience with steel fabricators and erectors and involves 25% travel.
