What Makes This Role Great

In this high-impact position, you will serve as a vital link between strategy and frontline execution, empowering your team to deliver proactive value while shaping retention strategies and executive partnerships across top-tier enterprise accounts.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

  • Mentor, coach, and inspire a high-performing team of Customer Success Managers to drive professional growth and operational excellence.

  • Own and optimize Gross Revenue Retention and Net Revenue Retention metrics across a multi-million-dollar portfolio.

  • Leverage Gainsight analytics to proactively manage customer health, mitigate churn risks, and establish clear action plans.

  • Partner seamlessly with Sales, Professional Services, and Product teams to align on shared account goals and feedback loops.

  • Lead Executive Business Reviews with C-level enterprise stakeholders to secure strategic alignment and reinforce core value propositions.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or enterprise account management in a SaaS environment, with at least 2 years in a people management capacity.

  • Demonstrated success driving retention and revenue growth across enterprise accounts totaling $50M+ in ARR.

  • Strong proficiency with subscription economics, customer journey playbooks, and value-based customer engagement.

  • Proven capability to lead teams through organizational or product transitions while maintaining execution focus.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience or domain knowledge within the AECO, infrastructure, or public sector software spaces.

  • Practical experience utilizing Gainsight and Salesforce platforms.

Logistics:

  • Location: Lake Oswego, OR; Westminster, CO (In office 4 days per week, 1 day from home)

  • Travel Requirement: 15-25%

Compensation:  Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
