Troubleshoots software, system setup, networking, and interoperability issues; supports BIM adoption; documents solutions; manages product feedback and Jira feature requests; collaborates with development and training teams; and represents the organization at customer meetings and industry events.

Copyedit and approve enterprise knowledge base content for grammar, style, templates, and brand consistency. Create and maintain the enterprise style guide and authoring playbook, coach writers through workshops and peer reviews, manage quality scorecards, and partner with Knowledge Management leaders to improve content governance, tools, methodologies, and customer-facing documentation.
