Leads a team of Strategic Customer Success Managers serving complex enterprise accounts. Owns the strategic customer success playbook, customer adoption, value realization, renewals, retention, and portfolio growth. Builds executive relationships, aligns Sales, Product, and Services teams, monitors account health using data and customer insights, manages risks, and resolves escalations. The role also helps define Trimble’s strategic account model and establishes best practices for global construction technology customers.
