Provides technical customer support for MEP estimating software, assisting with setup, configuration, implementation, and usage. Troubleshoots software issues through phone, email, chat, and web channels; explains technical concepts to diverse users; and collaborates with support, development, and product teams to improve application quality and customer experience. The role is primarily on-site during business hours and has no travel requirement.

Coordinates global marketing leadership meetings, offsites, events, onboarding, learning operations, internal communications, executive updates, and organizational repositories. Partners with Finance, Procurement, and Legal on workflows, vendor tracking, and budget monitoring. Supports the Chief of Staff and Marketing Leadership Team by organizing complex processes, managing priorities, and advancing cross-functional initiatives across international teams.

Lead the functional architecture for Salesforce Billing and downstream ERP/revenue/tax/payment integrations. Design subscription, usage-based and hybrid billing models, translate business epics into functional specs and user stories, collaborate with global finance and engineering teams, and optimize invoice generation, proration, and reconciliation processes in an agile environment.
