The Senior ISV Business Development Executive will recruit ISV partners, manage inquiries, and lead negotiations to create profitable relationships.

Provide executive leadership for enterprise sales of a payment gateway, build and scale sales teams, develop multi-year strategies, meet multimillion-dollar quotas, close major accounts, establish KPIs, form strategic partnerships, and align cross-functional resources.

Own end-to-end demand generation: plan and run multi-channel campaigns (paid, organic, email, webinars, ABM), build lead nurturing and scoring, align with sales for MQL-to-SDR handoffs, manage budgets, report on funnel and attribution, and optimize pipeline contribution.

Design, tune, and maintain detection content across endpoint, network, cloud, and identity sources. Triage and investigate incidents, perform forensics, and run post-incident reviews. Build AI-enabled SOC workflows, pilot LLM tools, and automate response with SOAR and scripts. Partner with cloud, network, and identity teams to close visibility gaps and document policies, playbooks, and detection coverage.

Provide front-line technical and customer support for PayTrace merchants and resellers: troubleshoot hardware/software, log tickets, escalate urgent issues, create support documentation, deliver product training and demos, and relay merchant feedback to other teams.

Lead design, implementation, and delivery of software via CI/CD; maintain and optimize applications; drive architecture, code reviews, testing, security, and PCI DSS compliance; mentor engineers and lead scrum team activities.

Lead strategy and execution for AI-driven threat detection, SIEM/log management, SOAR automation, and enterprise vulnerability and insider-threat programs. Build and deploy detection models, integrate security into CI/CD and cloud, run tabletop exercises, measure KPIs, and drive cross-functional security engineering improvements.

Provide in-house legal counsel on product, AI, data privacy, cybersecurity and technology compliance. Advise executives and business teams, design privacy and data governance programs, analyze emerging AI/privacy/cyber rules, support product development and contracts, and partner cross-functionally to implement scalable compliance and risk-management processes.

Own and operate PayTrace's multi-platform database environment: provision, configure, patch, monitor, tune, and recover databases. Lead modernization from MS SQL to AWS RDS, support HA/DR and multi-region active-active, automate administration and data pipelines to Snowflake, assist developers with query tuning, and provide technical guidance and documentation. Be available for production incident response.

Provide advanced technical support for merchants and developers integrating with PayTrace API, maintain integration documentation, research data flows and file formats, and assist IT with process design and workflows. Ideal for recent IT graduates pursuing a developer career.
