Support investment execution and post-investment management for private debt and equity impact investments. Perform data entry and integrity checks, create loan schedules and accruals, monitor portfolio payments and maturities, manage corporate actions and reporting, research distressed investments, and identify process improvements. Provide timely client-facing support and contribute to cross-functional projects in a remote, East Coast-hours role.

Manage day-to-day donor-advised fund (DAF) grant operations, ensuring compliant, accurate processing of domestic and international grants; oversee a team of grants associates; handle special/complex grantmaking, payments, reporting, reconciliations, and cross-functional collaboration; drive process improvements and serve as escalation point for complex cases.

Support end-to-end grantmaking operations: process grant recommendations, conduct grantee due diligence, maintain DAF records, assist payments and reconciliation, respond to donor/advisor inquiries, and contribute to process improvements and special grant workflows.
