Own the strategic vision and roadmap for Arrow's Atlassian ecosystem. Standardize templates, workflows, and governance; manage Marketplace apps; translate stakeholder needs into prioritized backlog; partner with platform teams to enable integrations, reporting, and adoption through change management and training.

Lead integrated brand campaigns and storytelling from brief to launch across paid, owned, and earned channels. Maintain global brand governance, guidelines, and digital asset systems.
