Lead moderate-to-high complexity global HRIS projects: define scope, plans, milestones and roles; gather and validate requirements; manage design/configuration, UAT, deployments, change control, vendor coordination, training and communications to deliver projects on time, on budget, and within scope.

Drive regional demand creation and revenue growth for Altera FPGAs by identifying target accounts, influencing early design decisions, aligning field and supplier sales teams, managing top opportunities, and communicating pipeline status. Collaborate with FAEs, FSRs, and Altera sales to close technical and commercial barriers and execute regional growth strategies.

Manage execution and administration of executive compensation programs including salary, annual and long-term incentives, and equity. Support governance, proxy disclosures, analytics, modeling, and audit-ready documentation. Maintain data integrity across systems, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and drive process discipline and scalability for executive compensation operations.

Designs and delivers workplace AI (Microsoft 365 Copilot) and Power Platform enablement: discovery, workshops, prototypes/POCs, reusable templates, governance alignment, training, and adoption programs to transition solutions to end-user teams.

Entry-level role ensuring compliance with U.S. export/import laws (EAR, ITAR, OFAC). Review specifications and product documentation to assign ECCNs and local classifications, assess end-use validity, perform denied-party screening and due diligence, prepare license applications, and support import/export clearance. Liaise with internal teams and government agencies and use trade compliance software, Excel, and Access.

Provide legal counsel and lead Arrow's global trade compliance organization on U.S. and international export controls, sanctions, customs, licensing, classifications, and related trade matters. Advise business units, review contracts, coordinate license applications, monitor regulations, communicate risk, develop policy and training, and manage a large global team to ensure compliance while enabling business objectives.

Serve as internal SME for trade compliance, tariffs, export controls, and international logistics. Monitor tariff/regulatory changes, advise stakeholders, execute duty mitigation, support export licensing and trade programs, and supervise a small team while leading cross-functional trade projects.
