Lead and grow an IT PMO, standardize methodologies and governance, oversee project and portfolio delivery, manage resources and reporting, engage executives, and drive PMO maturity and continuous improvement.

Act as liaison between business stakeholders and CRM CoE/technical teams, drive cross-functional alignment, governance, and adoption, and ensure CRM integrates with ERP, data platforms, and marketing tools to support end-to-end processes.

Perform pricing analysis and develop adder and quoting strategies by analyzing market trends, supplier performance, and internal objectives. Manage international trade compliance and logistics: evaluate opportunities, design export/local procurement solutions, execute shipments with LSPs/IORs, prepare export documentation (AES, ENC, HTS, CCATS), support tariff mitigation, maintain shipment data integrity, and develop Power BI reporting to monitor program health and risk.

Lead and deliver complex digital transformation programs across global, matrixed organizations. Drive process excellence, change management, and agile ways of working. Develop program roadmaps, scorecards, and strategic plans; coordinate business and IT stakeholders; remove roadblocks; measure outcomes and ensure adoption of digital solutions to achieve measurable business impact.

Lead global treasury and capital markets activities, managing third-party and intercompany financing, FX and interest-rate risk, hedging, liquidity planning, and debt structuring. Negotiate and execute capital markets and bank financings, oversee interest expense forecasting and hedge accounting, ensure treasury system data quality, and partner with Tax, FP&A, and regional finance to optimize capital structure and working capital. May require off-hours period-end coverage.

Perform and review journal entries, complete complex balance sheet reconciliations and income statement analysis, support/process improvement projects, produce periodic financial reporting, research accounting literature, and provide month/quarter/year-end coverage as needed.

Ensure company compliance with U.S. and regional import/export laws. Provide clearance support, advise on tariff protocols and duty-mitigation programs, coordinate with brokers and 3PLs, manage metrics reporting and SOPs, support audits/CBP rulings, and collaborate cross-functionally to maintain efficient trade operations.
