Manage assigned customer accounts selling passive, electromechanical, and connector products. Drive margins, market share, and solution selling; coordinate quoting, order fulfillment, engineering support, credit/financial issues, and supplier relationships. Maintain inventory integrity, Perfect Order Index, and quote-to-order strategy. Serve as primary customer/supplier liaison and ensure sales support across Order-to-Invoice processes.

Manage accounting and financial functions for a multi-million dollar business unit: review reconciliations, oversee GL staff, research complex GAAP issues, deliver financial analysis and forecasting, maintain controls, train staff, escalate risks, and support month/quarter/year-end close processes.

Support the Internal Reporting team by analyzing monthly global financial results, preparing reports for leadership, reconciling balance sheet and income statement accounts, assessing journal entries for US GAAP compliance, and reviewing international statutory financial statements.
