Lead end-to-end corporate, M&A and securities legal matters for a public technology company: advise on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, governance, SEC reporting, disclosure controls, equity compensation, and subsidiary management. Serve as primary legal advisor on complex cross-border transactions, manage outside counsel, partner with Finance/Tax/HR/Product, and engage C-suite and Board-level stakeholders to align legal strategy with corporate development objectives.

Lead and develop a team of sales recruiters across the Americas while carrying a small requisition load. Lead day-to-day execution of a complex M&A integration: run the integration management office cadence, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, track milestones/risks/RAID logs, drive decisions and escalations, prepare executive updates, and ensure realization of integration outcomes and synergies.
