Develop and validate ATE test programs and high-speed low-noise test boards for timing products (SyncE/1588, clock distribution, frequency synthesizers). Support product characterization, manufacturing ramps, yield and cost improvements, customer returns analysis, subcontractor test activity, and cross-functional releases from specification through volume manufacturing.

Lead design, develop, test, deploy, and support custom enterprise applications, reporting, and ETL for manufacturing and engineering. Serve as technical lead, mentor team members, create documentation, manage projects, support multiple global sites, and supervise staff at the Colorado Springs FAB5 facility.

As a Technical Staff Design Engineer, you will design embedded controllers and cryptographic hardware, lead design efforts, and mentor junior engineers while ensuring compliance with specifications.

Lead and execute complex logistics operations including inventory control, warehousing, shipping/receiving, and process improvements. Support export compliance, manage transactions across multiple systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize logistics functions.

Manage government-funded program contracts and financials: oversee contract administration, budgets, forecasts, proposal pricing, risk identification, cross-functional coordination, and reporting to senior leadership. Ensure compliance with FAR/DFAR and contractual obligations while supporting proposal development and program execution.

Lead design and implementation of secure embedded controller and cryptographic ICs. Drive architecture, RTL development, verification, and bring-up. Support integration activities (lint, CDC, synthesis, DFT), work with physical design on STA/power/floorplanning, debug hardware/firmware interactions, and collaborate across global teams to deliver automotive, industrial, and security-focused ASIC/FPGA products.

Develop and support evaluation PCBs and drivers (Linux, Windows, RTOS, MacOS) for PCIe/USB/Ethernet products. Create application collateral, provide technical training, and support sales/field teams and customers. Coordinate product development with Design, Test, Product, and Marketing teams and assist in new product definition and sustaining maintenance.

Perform radiated and conducted EMC measurements per international standards, maintain and calibrate lab equipment, consult and support internal customers on EMC test plans and setups, identify EMC issues and recommend fixes, and improve EMC procedures, tools, and processes while staying current with standards and technologies.
