Perform radiated and conducted EMC measurements per international standards, maintain and calibrate lab equipment, consult and support internal customers on EMC test plans and setups, identify EMC issues and recommend fixes, and improve EMC procedures, tools, and processes while staying current with standards and technologies.

Plan and run process development and continuous improvement projects for thin films/CMP. Manage procurement activities including processing purchase requisitions and PO changes, resolving order and invoice discrepancies, supporting vendor negotiations, maintaining item master and supplier data, participating in NPI and ERP integration, driving cost-saving proposals, and coordinating returns and supplier quality improvements.

Customer-facing technical product role driving adoption of PIC64 64-bit multicore MPUs/SoCs for Aerospace, Defense, and Industrial markets. Responsibilities include engaging strategic accounts, shaping product strategy and roadmaps, building ecosystem partnerships, enabling sales with collateral and launches, and tracking competitive and market trends to inform portfolio decisions.

Lead customer enablement and platform integration for PCIe switch products (Switchtec) across AI/hyperscale and storage customers. Provide technical support, develop firmware/software collateral, train teams, debug system and firmware issues, collaborate cross-functionally, and travel to customer sites to drive product ramps and production releases.

Manage a team of equipment engineers and technicians to ensure equipment availability, preventative maintenance, installations, and spares management. Drive KPIs (scrap, cost, availability), coordinate purchases/relocations, oversee training and performance, and collaborate across departments to meet Fab 5 manufacturing goals.
