Own the vision, roadmap, prioritization, and delivery of NinjaOne’s core endpoint management capabilities, including automations, policies, agents, configurations, and dashboards. Build Medallion-layer data systems, manage open table formats, optimize distributed queries, monitor platform reliability, resolve data quality issues, and collaborate with analysts, data scientists, and product teams.

Develop and scale backend patch-management software using Java and Kotlin for millions of endpoints. The role also involves applying design patterns, maintaining high coding standards, and using AI-powered development tools.

Build scalable, data-intensive products from the ground up, focusing on Java/Kotlin backend services, REST or GraphQL APIs, data access, and React/TypeScript interfaces. Responsibilities include architecture, performance optimization, testing, observability, production troubleshooting, technical documentation, and end-to-end feature ownership. Collaborate with data, reporting, design, and product teams while using AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery.
