Leads Jamf’s global Talent Acquisition strategy, operations, workforce planning, employer branding, vendor relationships, analytics, and AI-enabled recruiting initiatives. Manages a multilayer international recruiting team, advises executives and hiring managers, supports technical and enterprise sales hiring, oversees ATS strategy, partners with Finance and Compensation, and guides recruiting through organizational change. The role requires global workforce planning, technical recruiting expertise, employment-law knowledge, and executive-level talent strategy leadership.

Leads complex, cross-functional business intelligence initiatives from strategy and scoping through delivery. Partners with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to build scalable data products and actionable insights. Establishes standards for metrics, data modeling, governance, quality, and storytelling; designs data infrastructure using modern tools such as dbt. Sell Jamf's Whole Product Experience across a North American territory, generating new business and upsells, developing account plans and executive relationships, forecasting sales, partnering with SEs and channel partners, mentoring inside sales, and using tools like Salesforce, DiscoverOrg, and LinkedIn to drive growth.
