Own the full sales cycle for Samsara’s IoT solutions across mid-sized public-sector customers. The role is fully remote in the United States and requires travel for onsite customer engagements.

Drive full-cycle sales to mid-sized public-sector customers, from prospecting and qualification through closing. Build executive relationships, conduct solution-based sales campaigns, manage complex pricing negotiations and proofs of concept, and consistently exceed quota. The role requires strategic outbound prospecting, accurate Salesforce forecasting, and travel for customer onsite meetings. Candidates should have experience selling into complex environments, preferably local government, K-12, or higher education.

Leads AI transformation for customer experience by building Voice of Customer infrastructure, identifying automation opportunities, prototyping LLM and agent-based workflows, and partnering with Engineering on production solutions. The role analyzes processes, writes requirements, manages stakeholders, drives adoption, measures business impact, and stays current on AI trends. It also includes customer-site travel once per quarter.

Own commercial navigation features end to end across mobile, backend, and web surfaces. Build reliable, customer-facing navigation experiences for commercial fleets despite poor connectivity, dynamic schedules, and changing routes.
