Support sales teams by performing technical discovery, delivering tailored product demos and proofs-of-concept, configuring standard solutions, and advising customers on integrations and implementation to validate product fit and enable smooth handovers to product and engineering teams.

Serve as the post-sales technical partner for high-value customers: manage technical onboarding, API integrations, ongoing technical support, incident escalation, adoption optimization, and cross-functional advocacy to ensure stable integrations, high customer satisfaction, and strong renewal outcomes.
