The Director of Financial Communications leads the development of key communications strategies regarding corporate financial messaging, crisis management, and internal communications, fostering engagement with stakeholders and ensuring clarity and consistency in messaging.

Build and scale Motive’s strategic partner ecosystem by recruiting and onboarding partners, developing co-sell and referral frameworks, leading joint go-to-market initiatives, enabling partner and sales teams, managing strategic relationships, overseeing deal processes, and tracking partner performance, KPIs, deal registrations, and revenue attribution. Lead QBRs and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Marketing, Product, and Finance to drive indirect revenue.

Manage complex enterprise deals, approvals, pricing exceptions, contractual packages, revenue recognition adherence, and deal processes. Partner with sales, customer success, executives, and cross-functional teams to structure deals, resolve terms and order-processing issues, enforce Deal Desk guidelines, and improve go-to-market efficiency. The role requires expertise in Salesforce, experience with complex non-standard enterprise transactions, and strong communication in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.

Leads business value consulting across the customer lifecycle, developing ROI-driven business cases, tracking value realization, and translating technical capabilities into executive-level financial outcomes. Partners with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Engineering to drive adoption, retention, and expansion. Builds automations, scripts, and interactive tools for value modeling and reporting, while establishing repeatable methodologies and reporting engagement impact.

Lead and coach a team of Enterprise Account Executives on prospecting, account planning, forecasting, and closing Fortune-level accounts. Develop territory and strategic account plans, track KPIs, hire and enable talent, collaborate cross-functionally, and directly engage high-priority prospects to drive ACV and revenue goals while ensuring CRM and sales processes are followed.

Lead a global campaign operations team to execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns. Build scalable processes, enablement, and automation; partner on marketing systems, leverage AI to improve workflows, and track campaign KPIs to drive optimization and performance.

Lead and manage enterprise trials/POCs, define success criteria, configure the Motive platform, provide training and stakeholder communication, analyze trial data, and drive trial-to-sale conversion while partnering with sales and engineering.

Lead go-to-market strategy and PLG motions for Motive products. Drive product launches, positioning, messaging, pricing, and sales enablement. Use customer insights and data to inform product strategy, influence roadmap, and collaborate cross-functionally with product, demand gen, communications, enablement, and partnerships to increase adoption, awareness, and revenue.

Lead pre-sales efforts for Motive's Maintenance Platform as a domain expert. Support AEs and SEs with discovery, demos, POCs, trials, and value-based selling. Translate field feedback into product roadmap input, build repeatable go-to-market plays, and enable the broader sales organization on maintenance workflows and outcomes.

Lead and scale Motive's litigation function: develop and execute litigation strategy across IP, trade secret, Lanham and competitor disputes; manage outside counsel and budgets; oversee trial and motion practice; advise cross-functional teams; mentor litigation staff; and leverage AI-driven tools to advance business objectives.
