Oversees experimentation, KPI reporting, data quality, governance, AI adoption, and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Product, Finance, Operations, Data Science, and Engineering.

Own operational data pipelines, dashboards, reports, and analytical requests across customer experience, fraud, payments, workforce management, and VIP operations. Surface trends, anomalies, risks, and actionable recommendations; improve data quality and automate manual reporting. Partner with Data Engineering on dbt and data infrastructure, support AI agent initiatives, measure post-deployment performance, and identify opportunities to apply AI to analytics workflows.
