Build and maintain Contentful Marketplace features, applications, services, APIs, and developer tooling. Contribute across Applied AI, extensibility, integrations, and platform capabilities while improving contribution workflows, trust and safety, reliability, observability, and operational quality. Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams, own software in production, and use AI-assisted development workflows to improve engineering productivity and delivery.

Partners with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle to conduct technical discovery, deliver product demonstrations, design solutions, develop proofs of concept, and address technical risks. Advises customers on digital transformation and Contentful's platform, supports RFPs and security questionnaires, relays product feedback, and collaborates with implementation and customer success teams. The role also contributes to internal Solution Engineering initiatives and may travel onsite to customers.

Partners with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle by leading technical discovery, presentations, solution design, proofs of concept, and customer demonstrations. Advises prospects on digital transformation, validates technical requirements, mitigates risks, supports RFIs and RFPs, and communicates product feedback internally. Collaborates with Solution Architects and Customer Success Managers to support successful customer implementations. Requires strong presentation skills, REST API and microservices knowledge, and travel up to 25%.
