Lead product marketing for the Genius POS product: develop positioning and messaging, own go-to-market strategy, create sales enablement materials, support marketing campaigns, act as the internal voice of the customer, and collaborate across product, sales, and marketing to drive adoption.

Lead and coach a regional outside sales team to meet quotas through weekly 1:1s, pipeline reviews, field coaching (75%+ field time), recruiting, and direct strategic selling. Use Atlas CRM for pipeline management, financial analysis, presentations, and contract processing.

Lead strategy and commercialization for POS integrations ecosystem; create positioning and go-to-market plans; manage partner launches and co-marketing; enable sales with tools and insights; use merchant feedback and adoption data to inform roadmap and drive growth.
