Design and develop high-performance services and APIs, focusing on cloud-based applications using Golang and Python, while ensuring code quality and security.

Own marketing-sourced pipeline across core, healthcare, and meetings products. Design and execute integrated, full-funnel campaigns spanning paid, email, events, ABM, webinars, and content. Lead corporate planning, build and own the integrated three-statement model, automate FP&A reporting, own SaaS metrics and executive dashboards, support investor/board reporting, capital strategy, IPO/M&A readiness, and partner cross-functionally to translate financial insights into operating decisions.

Serve as a trusted advisor for strategic customers, lead complex engagements, conduct workshops and technical assessments, guide integrations and change management, collaborate cross-functionally, analyze processes to reduce fraud and improve efficiency, produce thought leadership, and mentor colleagues to maximize customer value from Pindrop's voice-based authentication platform.

Conduct research and develop algorithms for real-time video processing and deepfake detection, translating machine learning models for production use.

Design, build, deploy, and operate low-latency, secure backend authentication services and APIs using Go/Python on AWS/GCP. Integrate ML signals, maintain cloud-native infrastructure, ensure observability, participate in on-call rotation, and collaborate across engineering, product, and research to improve fraud prevention and identity workflows.
