The role requires hands-on clinic leadership, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and acting Location Director coverage when needed.

Leads HR transformation across UKG Pro implementation, HR process optimization, AI and workflow automation, analytics, and HR Operations. Owns project planning, vendor management, system configuration, dashboards, and employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, employee data, and frontline HR support. Senior Copywriter responsible for developing clear, persuasive, and compliant copy across digital ads, email, social, websites, landing pages, SMS, video, print, and in-clinic materials. The role creates acquisition, retention, promotional, and product-launch campaigns while shaping brand voice and storytelling. Responsibilities include conversion-focused performance copywriting, editing, collaboration with creative and clinical teams, and managing multiple projects and revisions.

Convert warm, marketing-generated leads into LaserAway treatment plans through high-volume outbound calls. Conduct consultative phone conversations, educate patients, overcome objections, follow up persistently, manage a CRM pipeline, and close sales while meeting revenue targets. The role requires at least 100 outbound calls per day, independent pipeline management, time-zone availability, and comfort working in a performance-driven remote environment.

Conduct patient consultations, educate clients on aesthetic treatments, create customized treatment plans, present financing options, and build long-term patient relationships. Manage a personal patient book and revenue target while partnering with clinicians and location leadership to deliver a premium experience. Use the company CRM to manage marketing-generated leads and patient history. Full-time work includes regular evenings and weekends, with uncapped commissions and advancement opportunities.
