Job Summary:

A Regional Director (RD) is a seasoned business and sales leader who oversees all aspects of the in-clinic business from sales performance to daily operations across multiple locations within their region.

What you'll do:

  • Partner with the HR and recruiting teams to effectively hire and coordinate labor within each clinic including Location Directors, PCCs and clinicians. (including, but not limited to, posting on social media, meeting with recruiters and sourcing referrals). Ensure each clinic within the region has a strong LD who can drive the performance of the clinic.
  • Strategize and work closely with LDs to ensure PCC and clinician staffing matches expected patient booking demand within a location while driving optimal labor and schedule utilization.
  • Utilize DOMO and KPI tools to track and monitor regional YOY sales, same store sales growth, category sales, treatment statistics, average ticket size and in clinic conversion to establish location goals and drive top-line performance.
  • Partner with Operations and Finance to track overtime hours, time and attendance, staff/schedule utilization, inventory management and 4-wall expenses to ensure productivity and efficiency.
  • Monitor new patient vs return patient stats, outbound call productivity, survey results, Yelp/Google ratings, NPS & overall friendliness scores to facilitate positive patient experience across locations.
  • Take a hands-on approach to mentoring Location Directors to drive in-clinic sales and in-clinic same store sales growth. Expected to work in-clinic min 5 days per week depending on business needs and performance. Ie: RD will spend more time in a location struggling to meet sales goals. If a location does not have an LD, RD will serve as “acting LD” until the LD position is filled.
  • Review and resolve sales discrepancies in accordance with the sales guidelines.
  • Perform ongoing training and education for all team members when necessary. Host weekly LD leadership calls with regular check-in calls / visits during the week.
  • Actively assess the clinical team and schedule training and sign offs as needed.
  • Educate and effectively coach team members on LaserAway sales processes and protocols. Ensure that team members are adhering to all LaserAway SOPs. (Including, but not limited to, time and attendance, work productivity and sales techniques).
  • Enforce LaserAway brand standards across all locations.
  • Weekends and evening availability is required as the business is open 7 days a week. This includes filling in for Location Directors as needed.
  • Succession planning to enable scale and growth of the business.

What you bring:

  • Education: High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in multi-unit leadership, ideally within high-end B2C retail or high-touch service industries, with a strong focus on consultative sales and demonstrated commercial success. Proven track record in overseeing multiple locations, managing sales KPIs, labor budgets, and profitability (EBITDA).
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Google Suite and CRM systems, with the ability to leverage data analytics and quickly adapt to new software and technology.
  • Availability: Full availability to support clinic operations, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, to ensure effective regional oversight.
  • Leadership: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams across multiple locations. Proven track record in building positive client relationships, fostering a collaborative and results-driven team environment, and upholding LaserAway’s values through professional and operational excellence.

Key Traits:

  • Strong at Talent Acquisition, Evaluation, and Development: Capable of personally recruiting and developing strong talent. A strong leader who can keep medical and sales sides aligned, and motivated.
  • Leader by Example: Exhibits leadership through actions. Adopts a hands-on approach, actively showing others how to drive sales, manage operations, and deliver excellent patient experiences.
  • Commercially and Operationally Sound: Motivated by performance metrics (e.g., same store sales, conversion, average ticket, treatment volume) with a strong understanding of operations, processes, and organizational structure to positively impact top line and 4-wall margin.
  • Strong Management and Mentorship Qualities: willingness to effectively listen and guide teams to create a strong team culture and unified goals but still hold all teams accountable for performance and adherence to LaserAway values
  • Strategy and Planning Orientation: ability to create a credible regional strategy and establish a tactical plan to execute against that strategy in broader framework of the strategic vision set forth by the leadership team
