Leads regional fundraising strategy and an approximately $1.6 million annual revenue goal across the Western U.S. Manages the full donor lifecycle, including identification, cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, renewal, upgrades, and new business development. Coordinates donor activations with corporate, foundation, special events, and individual giving teams. Forecasts revenue, manages the regional donor pipeline, supervises the Regional Development Manager, and supports events and meetings requiring substantial regional travel.

Manages regional donor relationships through identification, cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, and renewal. Develops corporate and foundation revenue opportunities, supports an approximately $1.6 million regional revenue goal, maintains the revenue pipeline, and implements organizational development strategy. Partners with Development and Marketing teams on regional partnerships, donor communications, and stewardship materials. The role is remote within the Western United States and requires driving and occasional business-related travel.
