Provides legal advice, negotiates contracts, prepares legal documents, and addresses employment law and compliance matters. Collaborates with internal teams, external partners, and customers to ensure legal compliance and deliver strategic guidance in a fast-paced remote environment.

Manage accounting operations including financial reporting, statement analysis, bank reconciliations, tax documentation, AR/AP, payroll, budgeting, and forecasting. The role also involves preparing ad hoc business reports and coordinating with external accounting partners while supporting high transaction and invoice volumes.

Oversee the company’s human resources function, including HR policy development, compliance, escalations, labor and employment law compliance, and direct support for staffing customers and end clients. The role requires extensive HR expertise, experience supporting organizations of more than 1,000 employees, strong employment-law knowledge, and staffing-industry experience.
