Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Director of HR. The Director of HR will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing our HR compliance, handling HR and compliance escalations, and dealing directly with staffing customers and end clients. The Director of HR will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with labor and employment law and ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

  • Extensive knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices (+1000 employees)

  • Experience in developing and implementing HR policies (+1000 employees)

  • Extreme Familiarity with labor and employment law

  • Experience in the staffing industry is required
