Develops and executes full-cycle recruiting strategies for airport security operations. Responsibilities include drafting requisitions, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, managing ATS records and recruitment pipelines, coordinating offers and onboarding, supporting airport badging and clearance processes, tracking hiring metrics, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.

Supports aviation security staffing operations by creating and maintaining employee schedules, monitoring attendance, processing time-off and schedule-change requests, resolving timekeeping discrepancies, maintaining workforce records, and generating staffing and overtime reports. The role also provides administrative support to operations and HR management while ensuring contractual staffing requirements are met.

Manages the local airport training department at DEN, including initial and ongoing aviation security training for new and current security officers. Coordinates training records, certificates, payroll hours, compliance updates, courses, audits, and special projects. Collaborates with airport managers, headquarters departments, law enforcement, and government agencies while ensuring security, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Manages aviation security compliance, quality assurance assessments, licensing, audits, training records, SIDA badge processes, drug testing, fleet administration, vehicle safety, and corrective actions at DEN. Conducts employee observations and covert testing, evaluates adherence to TSA and airport regulations, provides coaching, analyzes audit results, tracks improvement plans, and coordinates with airport stakeholders and corporate departments.

The Human Resources Manager oversees HR and administrative functions at DEN, including employee relations, labor relations, talent acquisition, compliance, performance management, corrective action, employee complaint intake, investigations, and HR reporting. The role partners with HR and recruiting teams, supports management and employees, maintains compliance with employment laws and bargaining agreements, and builds relationships across the aviation and security community.

Supports day-to-day HR operations for DEN employees, including employee inquiries, policy education, HRIS and records administration, terminations, offboarding, correspondence, job description development, and employment-law compliance. The role collaborates with managers and the HR team to improve processes, support employees, and deliver timely HR services. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required.
