Leads Atlas OT’s engineering and project delivery operations across automation, controls, fabrication, commissioning, and field execution. Oversees project portfolios, resource planning, quality, safety, technical standards, vendor relationships, EPC workflows, and operational KPIs. Manages multidisciplinary technical teams, supports commercial strategy and contract risk assessment, ensures schedule and budget performance, and drives scalable processes, continuous improvement, and client satisfaction.

Provides instrumentation, controls, automation, and operational technology services across industrial environments. Responsibilities include PLC, RTU, DCS, and SCADA programming; instrumentation calibration; industrial network and electrical troubleshooting; control cabinet and panel design; process controls; technical documentation; commissioning; and customer support. The role combines individual contribution with cross-functional teamwork and requires approximately 20% annual travel, including field commissioning and ongoing support.

Provide Operational Technology controls and automation services across industries: PLC/RTU/DCS/SCADA programming, instrumentation, industrial networks, control panel design, commissioning, troubleshooting, technical documentation, and project support both in-field and remotely. Work includes programming, testing, and ongoing managed SCADA services with cross-functional teams.

Lead design and delivery of multi-platform industrial automation projects including PLC/RTU/SCADA/DCS systems. Architect secure OT networks, develop global code libraries (IEC 61131-3), approve technical deliverables, estimate project scope and BOMs, and mentor engineers while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Design, program, commission, and support industrial control systems (PLC/RTU/DCS/SCADA). Perform instrumentation, electrical troubleshooting, control panel design, graphics and technical documentation, and field commissioning across diverse industries. Collaborate cross-functionally and manage projects while developing expertise in multiple automation platforms and protocols.

Lead project delivery for controls and electrical engineering projects: own P&L, resource planning, schedule and budget performance, client engagement, technical review (PLCs/SCADA/HMI), vendor/subcontractor management, safety and compliance, continuous improvement, and support business development for industrial automation projects.

Drive new business across industries for Operational Technology services and products. Perform solution and technical sales, outbound outreach, event management, and present a Business Development plan. Travel for client engagements, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and manage post-sale engagement to ensure customer satisfaction.

Lead planning, coordination, and delivery of industrial automation and controls projects across design, procurement, fabrication, testing, commissioning, and turnover. Own project scope, schedule, budget, risk, documentation, and stakeholder communication. Coordinate engineering deliverables, procurement, panel fabrication, FAT/SAT, field commissioning, and quality assurance to ensure safety, compliance, and technical excellence.
