Lead multi-jurisdictional tax compliance and reporting across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. Manage corporate income tax returns and provisions, deferred tax balances, indirect taxes, SAP tax processes, SOPs, and audits. Develop tax policies, train staff, collaborate with finance/IT, and identify automation opportunities to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Provide HR and administrative support to plant and corporate teams, manage benefits vendor relationships and open enrollment, assist recruiting and candidate coordination, maintain employee records and Workday updates, and ensure HR policy compliance and employee relations at the plant level.

Lead compensation, benefits, and payroll operations including UKG/HRIS administration, vendor management, compliance, benchmarking, merit and incentive processes, analytics, and cross-functional partnership to ensure competitive, accurate, and compliant total rewards programs.
