Administer user accounts, licenses, MFA, Intune, and Entra ID; support onboarding and offboarding; document resolutions and maintain SOPs. Coach junior specialists, coordinate complex issues with managed service providers, address recurring problems, and follow HIPAA and security requirements. Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation.

Leads and manages a software engineering team while contributing to full-stack development. Owns architecture, technical standards, delivery planning, production troubleshooting, security, scalability, reliability, testing, CI/CD, monitoring, and technical debt reduction for a healthcare technology platform. Partners with Product, infrastructure, and security teams to deliver maintainable systems supporting clinical and operational workflows.
