Provide remote administrative support: manage calendars and emails, organize files, perform research and data entry, prepare documents and presentations, coordinate with team and clients, and handle basic customer inquiries.

Provide administrative support for HR functions including onboarding, record maintenance, recruitment support, payroll/timekeeping assistance, employee communications, report preparation, training/event coordination, and maintaining confidentiality.

Serve as the voice of the company by responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat; troubleshoot account issues; document interactions in the CRM; and escalate technical bugs to the product team.

Post daily customer payments, reconcile accounts, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate high-volume billing and digital financial records.
