Assist sales and project teams with contract administration, purchasing coordination, delivery scheduling, and customer communication. Maintain project records, track milestones and lead times, prepare documentation, and learn industry products and processes through training and hands-on mentorship.

Manage multiple commercial door and hardware projects from submittals through material purchasing, fabrication, delivery scheduling, change orders, and contractor communication. Coordinate internal teams and external customers, resolve issues, and ensure schedules and customer satisfaction. Comsense and detailing experience beneficial. Requires 3–7 years industry experience.
