Uses Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Frame.io, and Camera to Cloud; integrates motion graphics, manages editing workflows and archives, incorporates feedback, and prepares accessible final assets. Serves as lead editor for an editing team, collaborating with creative, social, and festival stakeholders while meeting demanding deadlines and supporting extended hours during the temporary festival period.

Manages Festival-specific belonging and inclusivity initiatives across employees, volunteers, artists, and patrons. Oversees incident reporting, investigations, accommodations, wellness resources, external partnerships, training, and Community Agreement implementation. Coordinates with cross-functional teams and agencies, develops guidance and educational materials, supports mental health and safety resources, maintains detailed records, and contributes to post-Festival reporting and recommendations.

Manage assigned Sundance Film Festival partners and partnership activations, ensuring contractual benefits and recognition are delivered. Lead partner communications, coordinate with internal departments on marketing, signage, ticketing, venues and online platforms, maintain tracking documents and databases, support department operations, compile post-Festival wrap materials, and produce account summaries and recommendations.
