Onboards government contracting customers onto GovDash by planning implementations, conducting discovery, training teams on capture, proposal, and contract workflows, supporting integrations and data migration, and driving early adoption. The role manages multiple customer sessions and pilots, documents workflows for handoff to Account Management, maintains CRM records, and shares implementation feedback with product and engineering teams.

Own post-sale relationships for a portfolio of government contractor customers. Drive adoption, training, renewals, expansion, upsells, business reviews, and account health plans. Serve as a platform expert across capture, proposal development, and contract management workflows; conduct customer sessions through Microsoft Teams; support migrations; communicate product feedback to engineering; and maintain accurate CRM records.
