Lead and manage UAT for PeopleSoft ERP implementations: create UAT strategies and test plans, coordinate test data, execute manual test cases across Financials/HCM modules, track defects in JIRA/HP ALM, validate workflows and notifications, train end-users, and report UAT status to project leadership.

Create FRDs, test scripts, business process models, and production protocols while collaborating with technical teams on batch/jobs and resolving production issues.
