Lead multi-discipline and EPC projects from planning through completion, ensuring profitability, schedule and scope control, risk management, client communication, subcontract administration, construction oversight, budget/schedule maintenance, and coordination with stakeholders and accounting.

Develop company-wide standards, reusable libraries, and mentor engineers while supporting project delivery from specification through startup and validation activities.
