Drive new business growth across commercial and personal insurance lines through prospecting, networking, social media, referrals, and consultative risk assessments. Manage CRM pipelines, close profitable accounts, collaborate with account managers on onboarding and retention, and identify cross-selling opportunities. Participate in Sandler sales training, coaching, role-playing, and team meetings while building trusted, long-term client relationships.

Responsible for full-cycle business development: prospecting, negotiating, closing deals, managing implementation and post-sale client relationships, maintaining accurate CRM pipeline, and meeting sales quotas. Frequent domestic travel and on-site work required.
