Support full-cycle HR tasks including recruitment (posting, screening, interviews, reference checks), onboarding and orientation, employee recordkeeping for transfers/promotions, employee inquiries, HR reporting, career-fair outreach, and participation in HR team projects to support regional HR operations.

Provide day-to-day HR support for multiple branch leaders including full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, policy implementation, documentation retention, performance review updates, and regional HR communications. Partner with HR team on transfers, relocations, investigations, terminations, and change management. Maintain community and school relationships and travel to branches as needed (approximately 20-30%).
