Develop, enhance, test, document, and maintain the Western Small Flocks Collaborative web educational platform; implement new features, ensure performance, accessibility, security, and compliance with federal grant requirements; collaborate with stakeholders, manage priorities to meet grant deadlines, and communicate technical status and risks.
