Own franchise sales across the Southeast territory, from prospect generation and relationship development through negotiation and conversion. Processes real estate escrow and closing transactions by communicating with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and other parties; entering transaction data; collecting documentation; clearing title conditions; scheduling closings; preparing Closing Disclosures and closing documents; and maintaining accurate, timely files while meeting productivity and quality metrics.

Manage residential real estate escrow transactions from contract review through closing. Verify paperwork, title status, taxes, funding, and compliance; coordinate with agents, buyers, sellers, lenders, attorneys, surveyors, and government agencies; resolve issues and meet deadlines. Build and retain agent relationships, help market the business, train and supervise escrow assistants, and attend closings to ensure successful completion.

Researches and interprets real estate documents, court proceedings, probate cases, and surveys. Makes insurability decisions, applies title insurance guidelines, and communicates with escrow staff, underwriting attorneys, coworkers, and customers. The role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Manage a portfolio of client accounts, partnering with leadership and internal teams to deliver services, improve satisfaction, and achieve revenue and profitability goals. Responsibilities include client strategy, proposals, contract negotiations, implementations, SLA tracking, policy compliance, pricing, forecasting, budgeting, receivables, supplier coordination, account reviews, cross-selling, and service recovery. The role also supports operational improvements, client projects, mentoring, and relationship development.

Serve as Oracle HCM Cloud subject matter expert and product owner to configure, enhance, and maintain HR systems. Drive automation and AI-enabled improvements, manage integrations, ensure data integrity and compliance, lead release testing and change management, develop roadmaps, train users, and partner with People Operations on global HR programs.

Leads learning strategy, instructional design, training delivery, and adoption programs for Qualia and related transaction platforms. Monitors completion, proficiency, adoption, and feedback metrics to improve readiness, productivity, and platform utilization.

Perform thorough title searches and examinations for residential lot/block properties (Texas required). Review deeds, mortgages, probate, trusts, maps, and surveys; assemble title commitments, communicate with underwriters and escrow teams, and mentor junior examiners. Adhere to underwriter policies and regulatory standards while using title plant software and county records.

Support closing representative by preparing and processing loan and closing documents, auditing contracts and title items, preparing estimated closing statements, maintaining files, recording documentation, sending checks, and coordinating with agents, lenders, and other parties to complete real estate closings on time.
