Provides legal and administrative support for a multi-state franchise system. Responsibilities include preparing and managing franchise agreements, FDDs, amendments, renewals, transfers, and terminations; coordinating state registrations and regulatory filings; tracking contractual and compliance deadlines; maintaining legal records; supporting transactions, disputes, audits, and research; and partnering with internal teams and outside counsel on franchise matters.

Leads accounting operations, staff development, accounts payable, month-end and year-end close, technical accounting, internal controls, audits, and financial reporting. Drives process improvement, automation, ERP enhancements, workflow optimization, and KPI development using accounting and reporting technologies. Partners with Finance, Operations, IT, Procurement, and senior management to improve accuracy, efficiency, compliance, and scalability.
