The Senior Manager of Paid Social will lead strategy and execution for client accounts, mentor team members, and drive performance optimizations across platforms.

Lead omnichannel performance creative strategy across client accounts: translate performance data and consumer insights into testable creative concepts, design testing roadmaps, partner with media and creative teams, analyze platform-level performance to surface winning themes, and create reusable frameworks, SOPs, and client-facing narratives to scale creative performance.

Lead landing page and funnel strategies for ecommerce clients: generate hypotheses, build and deploy post-click experiences using CairnCommerce, design and run A/B tests, analyze full-funnel analytics (attribution, dashboards), create data-driven test recaps, and manage client relationships and cross-functional execution.

Manage CRM strategy and client relationships across 6+ DTC accounts. Own end-to-end email production, segmentation, deployment, and QA. Build and optimize omnichannel retention programs (subscription, loyalty, referral), analyze reporting, recommend optimizations, and mentor 1-2 CRM analysts. Stay current on email best practices and coordinate with creative and e-commerce teams to drive retention and lifetime value.

Support email and SMS lifecycle programs across client accounts: write briefs, build/QA/deploy campaigns and flows in Klaviyo and other ESPs, troubleshoot rendering and integrations, analyze CRM KPIs, manage tasks in the PM system, maintain client files, and advise stakeholders on CRM best practices.
