Lead the CRM product vision and roadmap to unify customer experience across Sales, Service, Contact Center, and Retail. Own requirements, backlog, integrations, data standards, and change management. Partner with stakeholders, engineering, and D&A to deliver CRM enhancements, ensure data quality, measure success, and drive adoption and readiness for frontline teams.

Lead ownership and continuous improvement of assigned customer journey stages. Manage operational aspects and end-of-life for product lines, analyze customer and usage data to recommend improvements, define KPIs, align cross-functional stakeholders, run EOL planning and communications, and support post-launch product optimization across broadband, wireless, or business data & voice domains.

Designs, implements, and supports high-availability transport networks. Performs architecture, capacity planning, monitoring, troubleshooting, automation, documentation, and testing. Leads complex projects, manages escalations, mentors junior engineers, and aligns transport engineering with long-term technical strategy.

Lead Business Analyst partners with leadership to analyze data, evaluate processes, define requirements, build reports/dashboards, drive cross-functional improvements, and deliver executive-ready insights and recommendations to improve efficiency and business outcomes.
