The Legal Engineer role involves supporting clients by leveraging AI technology, enhancing legal operations, and fostering user adoption of the platform.

Serve as a client-facing specialist for tax and legal advisory teams: run pilots, onboard and train users, deliver demos, document best practices, translate user needs into product requirements, and drive firm-wide adoption of Legora across jurisdictions.

Embed with enterprise customers to design and deliver production-grade integrations between Legora and customers legal tech stacks. Build reusable connectors, automation scripts, and tooling; scope technical requirements; debug complex production issues; partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to improve integrations and expand accounts.

Own strategic global North American client relationships post-sale, driving onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewals. Lead a small team, negotiate commercial deals, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and act as a strategic advisor to legal teams to ensure platform value and growth across multinational footprints.

Partner with in-house legal teams to drive adoption of Legora's AI-native platform: consult with GCs and legal ops, run pilots and onboarding, deliver demos and training, inform product roadmap with user insights, and develop scalable playbooks to modernize contract, compliance, and matter workflows.
